Ticket cancellation is available for tickets booked through meetmagento.in website by Ewaycorp Technologies Private Limited (“Ewaycorp”, “Service Provider”).

• The user is entitled to a refund of 0% of the ticket price in case of cancellation of ticket within the cancellation window.
• The cancellation window for cancelling a ticket booked is 7 days after the booking date and up to 15 days before the event date.
• To avail cancellation, ticket must be booked through our payment page hosted on tickets.meetmagento.in and paid through a Credit Card, Debit Card or UPI payment methods.
• No refund will be given for booking done through or amount paid by Gift cards/Voucher/Promotions/corporate bookings/special screening and block-bookings.
• No partial cancellation is allowed. Ticket purchaser will have to cancel the complete transaction through which the ticket (s) were booked.
• Convenience fee, other charges, and taxes applicable thereon will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
• Refund will be processed to the source account used for payment at the time of booking.
• Ticket purchaser shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the discount /benefit offer being availed.
• Ewaycorp Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify/add/alter/revise/ withdraw or otherwise carry out any necessary changes to these terms and conditions and/or the cancellation feature (either wholly or in part).
• Ewaycorp Technologies Private Limited reserves the right, to disqualify any ticket purchaser from the benefits of this ticket cancellation policy and to take strict action, including civil and criminal prosecution in case any benefit is obtained under this ticket cancellation policy by fraudulent means.
• In case of any dispute, Ewaycorp Technologies Private Limited’s decision will be final.
